Missed lessons
Please, please, please if you know you are going to miss a lesson, let us know! We
don't mind if you need to miss the odd lesson as long as you tell us, we can then put it down as a holiday rather than
a 'no show'. If you have 2 no shows sequentially you will lose that lesson as we often have to keep people waiting
to join a class because we don't know whether or not people will turn up. We are happy to receive texts, facebook messenger
messages, answerphone messages or emails, so please do try and let us know. We accept that sometimes emergencies crop up and
dog training isn't going to be your first thought, but if you have a holiday booked, or you know it's half term and
you will be out and unlikely to come then please tell us. During half term we had one lesson where I knew 5 people were away,
but was expecting 6 others. Of those 6 only 1 showed. We try and be understanding and reasonable, but we are also trying to
run a business and have rental to pay so we would really appreciate your support and understanding, thank you.
