Recipe for Liver cake:
1lb Chicken liver
1/2lb Self-raising flour
1 egg
Pinch of garlic powder

Blend the chicken livers until smooth. Add the egg and blend in. Fold in the flour and the pinch of garlic powder. Put into a non-stick baking tray and bake for approx 1hr at a low heat, around 150C. Check to ensure it is an even colour all the way through, before leaving to cool and chop. It can be frozen and defrosted when needed.

Christmas Party!

The Christmas party is on Tuesday 20th December at 7.15pm. This is an annual event, some of our long standing customers will be able to tell the newcomers all about it! We have fancy dress - for the dogs - party games, awards and thank you's. If your dog doesn't cope well with crowds of people and dogs, loud noises or lots of general excitement then it is generally best not to bring them; owners are however welcome to attend without their dogs.

Personality of the year:

Family pet of the year:
Hudson Roe the Beagle
Max Evans the working Cocker
Ruby Jewell the Beagle
Sadie Rudd the Staffie.

All the winners will be announced at the Christmas party along with the presentation of the lifetime achievement award.

Brrrrrrr, it's cold outside!
We now have a good selection of coats in blue, green and maroon, ranging from 10inch to 24inch. Do please ask if you are interested as I am happy to help you choose the right size (& colour!) for your dog.


Christmas closures
The last Wednesday night class will be on Wed 14th December.
Christmas party is Tues 20th December. There will then be no classes until Tuesday 10th January 2012. We are however planning to be at home, so if you need any treats, advice or Fromm then please do ring us as we will be happy to assist.
